This brief survey helps us identify barriers to voting in our community and improve access for all eligible voters. By participating, you'll be automatically entered into our prize drawing!

Your responses are confidential and will be used to advocate for better voting resources and support.

Drawing Rules:

  • No purchase necessary

  • Must be 18+ or eligible to vote

  • One entry per person

  • The winner will be selected randomly

  • Drawing will take place on September 27, 2025, between 5:30 and 10:00 PM at 2101 Maywill St, Richmond, VA

  • The winner will be announced at the event

  • Must be present to claim prize

  • Contact information collected will only be used to notify the winner.
