Reach out for a private consultation to receive individualized guidance and help with any breastfeeding challenges you may face.

FREE Lactation Support Clinic

Join our lactation clinic, affectionately called the Milk Bar, held every third Tuesday of the month.

Here, we offer a range of services and support, including:

  • Free Weight Checks: Monitor your baby's growth and development.

  • Latch Assistance: Get help with achieving a comfortable and effective latch.

  • Flange Fittings: Ensure your breast pump fits correctly for optimal milk expression.

  • Bra Fittings: Find the right nursing bra for comfort and support.

  • Education on Pumping, Storage, and Clogged Ducts: Learn valuable tips and techniques to manage common breastfeeding issues.

  • Support Group - Peer Style: Connect with other breastfeeding mothers for shared experiences and support.

  • Partner Assistance: Help your partner understand lactation and their role in supporting you.
