Our monthly prenatal and postpartum yoga classes offer gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful connection designed to support your body through pregnancy and beyond.
Led by Doula Tyanna Haynes, these classes honor where you are in your journey—whether you're newly pregnant, deep in your third trimester, or navigating the tender postpartum season.

$5 with a Birth in Color doula
$10 without a Birth in Color doula
What to bring:
Water bottle
Comfortable, stretchy clothing
Yoga mat (if you have one that is — we have many!)
