RSVP for The Fit Mom: Pregnancy + Postpartum Fit Classes

These classes are designed to provide you with a space to safely approach fitness during your pregnancy and postpartum recovery while supported by class leaders and other moms.

Group X Class: Join us every Thursday from 6:30–7:30 PM for our unique small-group exercise classes. Each week, enjoy a different theme—from Mommy + Me fitness to uplifting dance workouts—designed to strengthen both body and mind, leaving you feeling energized and empowered.

Stroller Walking Group:
Join us every Saturday from 10–11 AM with your strollers, babies, water bottles, and walking shoes! It’s a great way to move our bodies, enjoy nature, and connect with others.

Please note: Due to the colder weather, we’ll be taking a break in December. Keep an eye out for new dates in 2025—more details coming soon!
