RSVP for The Fit Mom: Pregnancy + Postpartum Fit Classes

These classes are designed to provide you with a space to safely approach fitness during your pregnancy and postpartum recovery while supported by class leaders and other moms.

Group X Class: A space to nurture healthy bodies and minds. Join us on the first Thursday of the month from 6:30-7:30 PM for small group exercise classes, with various class themes from Mommy + Me fitness to dance-workouts that will have you feeling empowered. #FunFlirtyFitness #PrettyHipsAndThighs

Stroller Walking Group: Every Saturday from 10-11 AM, we’ll gather with our strollers, babies, water bottles, and walking shoes to move our bodies, enjoy nature, and connect. Walking groups begin in September.
