This week covers what can happen when birth doesn't go as planned: induction, Pitocin, breaking your water, fetal monitoring, episiotomy, and forceps or vacuum delivery. We'll go over the warning signs of complications like preeclampsia and infection, and when to get help right away.

Most of all, we'll practice asking questions and making decisions with your care team, not having them made for you.
