Our team of volunteers will be around to uphold quality standards, ensuring fairness and mutual respect for all swappers.
🗓 Drop-Off Week:
November 11th - 14th | 2:00 - 5:00 PM
Location: 115 E Broad St. Unit 1A, Richmond, VA 23219
✏️ Event Schedule:
9:00 AM - Set up
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM : Check-in, Item Inspection
12:00 PM - 3:00 PM : Swap Event (Each family brings 2 medium-sized bags)
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM : Breakdown and Closing
➡️ Additional Information:
Items must be gently used and in reusable condition.
All items should be thoroughly cleaned and in good condition before swapping.
No broken, stained, or damaged items will be accepted.
Prohibited items include used pacifiers, bottle nipples, and teething toys.
Only one large baby item (e.g., stroller, bassinet) per swap event is allowed.
Bartering for cash is strictly prohibited.
Outside donations are welcome.
